There’s nothing like spending time on the slopes, but ski holidays aren’t something that you can just show up for. They require preparation and fitness training if you want to get the most out of your time.
Skiing is physically demanding and your body needs to be ready if you’re going to last the ski season.
Guided by experienced Physiotherapists we tailor exercises specifically for Skiing.
Ski-Fit classes are designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercise. It also incorporates Cardio Interval Training with energetic exercises including a variety of low impact aerobics and strengthening.
It is the ideal way to get fit, prevent injury, and prepare you for your awesome holiday without the aches and pains!
Clients benefit from 2 classes per week, at least 4-6 weeks before you go. Held on Saturdays , usually in a studio but currently via Zoom.
