Strength and Conditioning

Sport-Fit Strength and Conditioning classes are designed to optimise your fitness and prevent injury.  These classes will enable you to stay active in your chosen sport and improve your performance.  If you are injured, our physiotherapists are the best people to assess and tailor your exercises to enhance your recovery.  

The Sport-fit classes are a healthy mixture of cardio intervatraining and low impact aerobics and strengthening.  The benefit of being physiotherapist-led, is that we can check your techniquemodify each exercise based on your level/ability or to aid specific injury rehabilitation. 

Sport-fit classes have helped clients get fit, prevent injury and recover from surgery. 

Held on Saturday 9-10am, usually in studio but currently via Zoom.
