Instructors
I moved into the fitness industry 4 years ago to work with ALL age-groups and fitness levels. My passion is helping people to feel stronger, more confident and ready to embrace new challenges. You are never too old – in fact, you just get better!
As a busy parent with multiple jobs and commitments, I understand the stresses of life and how these can affect your physical and mental wellbeing. Being active should be part of our daily existence, and I will support you in finding creative ways of snatching opportunities for quick wins that empower you to feel more in control of your strength and fitness. I adopt a “little and often” approach, which ultimately leads to small, lasting changes that all add up to make you feel stronger, move better and get the results you want.
I have over 20 years’ teaching experience and specialise in coaching people to be strong and healthy, to challenge themselves and have loads of fun. Having completed a few marathons and ultra distances, I am an experienced runner and will support you in strength and conditioning for injury prevention – consistency in this alongside your sport being absolutely key. I have done triathlons both abroad and in the UK, and I enjoy the variety of combining strength with cardio.
Charlotte helps run our sport based fitness classes on Mondays with the Tri club at 7pm, Fridays with runners circuits at 7pm
