Strength and Balance class – A falls prevention balance class in Petersfield– Tuesday 10-11 am & Thursday 10- 11 am

 
Here at Body and Mind Physiotherapy we care about every patient that comes through the door. Our studio space at our Physiotherapy Clinic in Petersfield, Hampshire is the perfect location to help our older clients improve their function and quality of life. Join our team of experts to guide you through an hours session of exercise.

Our falls prevention/balance classes are designed to improve strength, balance and co-ordination for people with low or decreased mobility. The sessions involve a mixture of chair-based exercises and standing strength and balance exercises. Having good strength and balance can also help to lower the risk of having a fall. Our balance class in Petersfield is designed to reduce fear of falling by increasing strength and steadiness. Our 2 classes are run by our expert team Sarah Bennett (Physio) and Lucy Brown (Personal trainer) and combine both Physiotherapy and Personal training to give you the best outcomes.

Held on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-11 am, in our studio at the Physiotherapy clinic in Petersfield, Hampshire.
