Body and Mind Physiotherapy
Ben and Charlotte Salvetti-Langton met in 2012 when both were working in a Multi-disciplinary Physiotherapy department at St Richards Hospital in Chichester West Sussex. Thay have now settled with their young family in Petersfield, Hampshire and want to help the local people in their hometown.
Ben and Charlotte opened Body and Mind Physiotherapy in January 2020, since opening the clinic has grown from a small practice into a trusted centre for physiotherapy, built on a foundation of clinical excellence, personalized care, and strong community relationships. Through consistent investment in advanced training, modern facilities, and evidence-based treatment, we’ve earned a reputation for delivering high-quality results across musculoskeletal, Sports injuries, neurological, and elderly care physiotherapy. Our dedicated team continues to expand, united by a shared commitment to helping every patient move better, feel stronger, and live happy and healthy lives.
We are passionate about a client centred approach and pride ourselves in implementing dynamic programmes that are adaptable to the individual’s physical needs, expectations, and lifestyle.

Having worked with athletes and sports teams at all levels it is a great passion of our physiotherapy team.
Online Classes
We run a highly successful online SportFit injury prevention and strengthening class. This is normally run from our studio, but since Covid19, has been running on Zoom.
Home Visits
Body and Mind offer home visits for those unable to get to the clinic or patients wanting to be treated in their own environment. This can be very beneficial for those unable to access the clinic or needing advice on problems in the home.
Stroke Rehab
We are highly experienced in treating patients from initial diagnosis in hospital through to on-going rehabilitation at home. Physical changes can still happen years after a stroke.
