Liz Avery MSc in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation

Liz Avery has 15 years of Musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation experience with a specialist interest in spinal and lower limb rehab. Liz has 6 years experience working for the MOD where she was involved in creating rehabilitation guidelines for people following traumatic knee injuries, in particular, ACL and meniscal injuries. She also has 10 years of experience working in the NHS working alongside orthopedic surgeons and other professionals.

Liz Avery is currently studying an MSc in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy with post-graduate training in manual therapy, acupuncture and exercise rehabilitation.

Outside of physiotherapy Liz is a long-distance runner and triathlete, representing Liss Runners and Petersfield Triathlon Club.
