Nicky is a fitness enthusiast, she has always enjoyed exercise such as running, cycling, aerobic classes and the gym. Being active is part of her everyday life and running being her ultimate drive. Nicky has achieved lots of goals with events and races from 5K to Marathon distance. I am a happy, bubbly, outgoing person and love to socialise. I’m always dedicated to my commitments. 

Nicky’s style is High Impact such as HIIT and Circuits, a Full Body Workout and good Cardio. Keeping classes interesting and fun. Nicky helps run our sport based fitness classes on Mondays with the Tri club at 7pm, Fridays with runners circuits at 7pm and also seasonal ski fit sessions.
