Rachel Ulph

Massage therapist

I’m a sport and remedial massage therapist.  I offer tailored soft tissue massage working the layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia to restore functional movement and encourage postural change.

I have a Level 5 BTEC in soft tissue massage from the London School of Sports Massage.   I’m also a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage.

I have always been fascinated by the human body’s abilities.  This curiosity has grown as I learned about the powerful effects of massage in aiding recovery, reducing muscle tension and enhancing performance – whether it be sporting – or just getting out of bed in the morning.

What excites me the most is seeing the immediate and long-term benefits that proper massage therapy can offer—whether it’s easing sore muscles, accelerating healing after an injury, or simply providing mental relaxation.

I continually strive to deepen my understanding of the body and refine my techniques, staying updated with the latest methods in sport and remedial massage. My goal is always to tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, helping them not only recover but also thrive.

For me, sports massage is more than just a profession; it’s a way to make a positive impact in the lives of others, one session at a time.
