Sport-Fit Strength and Conditioning classes in Petersfield are designed to optimise your fitness and prevent injury. These classes will enable you to stay active in your chosen sport and improve your performance. If you are injured, our physiotherapists are the best people to assess and tailor your exercises to enhance your recovery.

The Sport-fit classes are a healthy mixture of cardio interval training and low impact aerobics and strengthening. The benefit of being physiotherapist-led, is that we can check your technique, modify each exercise based on your level/ability or to aid specific injury rehabilitation.

Sport-fit classes have helped clients get fit, prevent injury and recover from surgery. 

Held throughout the week for various groups our classes are tailored for each sport. Triathletes improving the ability in multi sports arenas, golfers improving mobility and strength to assist them on the golf course, runners improving their leg and core strength to support them on the roads and trails.
