Mia qualified from Oxford Brooks University with a degree in Physiotherapy, she brings a dynamic, patient-centred approach to physiotherapy, combining a strong sporting background with broad clinical experience across musculoskeletal, community rehabilitation and hospital settings.

With particular experience in MSK assessment and rehabilitation, Mia is passionate about helping patients build strength, restore function and confidently return to the activities they enjoy. Her approach combines evidence-based exercise therapy, hands-on techniques and education, with a strong focus on individual goals and long-term self-management.

Mia’s sporting background and experience in swimming and endurance running have shaped her particular interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation and supporting people to stay active. She is also passionate about encouraging female participation in sport and helping individuals overcome barriers to physical activity.

Committed to continual professional development, Mia is also Mat 3 level Pilates trained and brings an enthusiastic, inclusive and holistic approach to every patient she works with.
